Operational Excellence : Operate a wide range of equipment and follow site procedures to deliver top-quality products. Hygiene Leadership : Lead hygiene activities, inspections, and improvements. Manage hygiene team members and contractors, and deputise for the Hygiene Team Manager when needed. Quality Focused : Ensure all products meet Warburtons high standards, making quality-driven decisions. Youll be working across a multi-skilled, fast-paced operation, taking ownership of hygiene standards, equipment operation, and product quality. Reporting to a 1st Line Manager, youll have the autonomy to make decisions and drive improvements with minimal supervision. Covering a 3 week shift pattern at an average of 4.67 shifts per week: Week 1 - Tue-Fri 7am-5pm, Sat 7am-2pm Week 2 - Mon-Fri 7am-5pm Week 3 - Mon-Thurs 7am-5pm Health and Safety and Quality are very important to us, and we work to Company standards and statutory hygiene standards, our Team Members will be actively involved in making appropriate decisions to ensure we are working to those standards.
