What you'll be doing:
This role supports the IT Development function, aiding the software needs of People’s Partnership and linked third-party organisations. You will provide second-line customer-focused support, operate within established processes, and contribute to departmental objectives. Apply Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles within your responsibilities.
* Contribute to team performance against objectives and KPIs.
* Provide guidance and support in IT software products and bespoke business software.
* Manage data accuracy, integrity, and security, ensuring compliance with Data Protection policies.
* Act as a solution lead where appropriate, following governance protocols.
* Clarify business requirements with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience with web technologies: Microsoft .NET, C#, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, VSTS.
* Knowledge of SQL/TSQL/SQL Server, including database design.
* Understanding of SDLC.
* Microsoft Certification or equivalent.
* Experience with Object-Oriented applications, IOC, and Unit testing.
* Familiarity with GIT / GIT Flow.
