Job Description

Job Purpose
Lead regulatory strategy, governance, and operations for the European Partnership Markets, covering 16 countries. Oversee Global Regulatory Content Delivery activities and manage third-party partners and outsourced responsibilities for non-EU countries.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Develop and maintain internal control frameworks for European Partnership Markets
* Manage and develop the regulatory team
* Provide guidance on regulatory compliance to support business growth
Key Responsibilities
* Develop regulatory strategies to support market access, product launches, and supply continuity
* Coordinate regulatory activities across teams and partners
* Manage third-party contracts and oversee governance and audits
* Build and lead an effective, motivated team
* Represent regulatory interests in projects and strategic initiatives
* Ensure efficient, compliant processes across markets
* Manage regulatory risks and lead inspection activities
* Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience
Educational background:
* Degree or higher in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields; leadership training is a plus
Experience:
* Minimum 10 years in Regulatory Affairs, with leadership roles
* Experience working in local operating companies
Skills and Knowledge:
* Understanding of European regulatory policies and climate
* Proven negotiation and collaboration skills with regulatory agencies
* Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
