Part-Time Receptionist We are seeking a professional and organized Part-Time Receptionist to join a leading global supplier of scientific equipment at their site in Didcot. This role is ideal for a candidate looking for an immediate start within a high-profile corporate environment. Role Overview Pay Rate: £12.82 per hour (PAYE). Hours: 24 hours per week. Shift Pattern: Tuesday to Thursday, 08:00 - 17:00. Start Date: Immediate / ASAP - till end of June Location: Didcot. Key Responsibilities Front-of-House Excellence: Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and staff, maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area. Communication Management: Efficiently handle incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate departments within the organization. Administrative Support: Assist with general office duties, including mail distribution and managing visitor logs. Site Coordination: Liaise with various internal stakeholders to support daily site operations and guest requirements. Requirements Immediate Availability: The successful candidate must be able to start immediately. Professionalism: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills suitable for a corporate scientific setting. Reliability: Ability to consistently commit to the specified Tuesday-Thursday shift pattern. Technical Proficiency: Basic IT skills for managing reception systems and general administrative tasks.
