About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and motivated Counter Balance FLT Driver / Machine Operator to work at a busy 24-hour production facility. You'll play a key role in mixing products to ensure smooth operation of the plant and consistent product quality.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be expected to take ownership of your work, maintain high standards, and keep production running efficiently throughout your shift.

Key Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor mixing and bagging machinery
* Ensure consistent product quality and accurate output
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working area
* Work to production targets and deadlines
* Carry out basic maintenance and troubleshooting where required
* Distribute stock using the Counterbalance FLT truck
* Support continuous improvement and training initiatives
* adhere to health and safety policies at all times

* Forklift experience essential - however we can accept inhouse and expired licences
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
