Experience with PowerApps and PowerBI would be highly beneficial. Experience with Windows Server 2025 would be advantageous. An understanding of managed services environments and business client delivery is preferred. Responsibilities: We act as the technical authority for Microsoft Cloud technologies. We design, implement, and support Azure, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint Online environments. We manage complex escalations from our 2nd line team. We oversee disaster recovery solutions and ensure resilient infrastructure. We manage network infrastructure, including WAN, LAN, and firewalls. We implement and support remote access VPN solutions. We scope, quote, and deliver cloud-related projects in partnership with our Head of Operations. We lead the implementation of new technologies, including Windows Server 2025 and advanced Azure PowerApps and PowerBI projects. We mentor and support a Cyber Security Analyst and a Project Engineer. We help ensure projects and services are delivered to the highest standards and within SLA requirements.
