About the role In this role, you will be supportingpeoplewith a range of needs to live happy and independent lives. Your role might include attending local day centres with the people we support, shopping trips, attending appointments, theatre and cinema visits, meals out and seaside trips in the summer. Each day brings something new full of fresh challenges, creating meaningful moments, and the chance to make a real impact to the lives of the people we support. In this rewarding role, you will also provide personalised support based on each individuals needs, including personal care, manual handling, administering medication, and specialist areas like Speech and Language Therapy. Shifts & Hours We have 1 full time position available currently, the shift patterns range from 7am-10pm and there is a requirement for a sleep in shift also (this offers a flat rate of £64.20). *All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
