Hospitality & Events Supervisor
About the Role:
Berkeley Scott is partnering with a leading educational organisation in Manchester to recruit a motivated and experienced Hospitality & Events Supervisor. Offered on an initial period of 12 weeks, this role has the potential to become a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:
4. Supervise the delivery of hospitality services for events, ensuring high standards are met.
5. Plan staffing and resources in collaboration with the Executive Chef and Outlet Managers.
6. Manage hospitality bookings and updates through the online system (Planon).
7. Creation of weekly team rota’s
8. Maintain high hygiene and safety standards.
9. Lead and train staff, ensuring excellent customer service.
10. Handle stock orders, deliveries, and wastage control.
11. Perform administrative duties and utilize cloud-based operational systems.
About You:
12. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
13. Experience of delivering hospitality at Executive level
14. Strong customer service skills and experience interacting with clients.
15. Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards (COSHH, HACCP).
16. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
