We are exclusively retained by a law firm that has recently entered an exciting phase of growth following the successful adoption of Relativity across its litigation and regulatory practice groups.
Their eDiscovery function is evolving and growing with exciting opportunities for anyone wanting long-term career progression & growth. As the eDiscovery Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end eDiscovery delivery on complex, high-value matters. You’ll collaborate closely with partners, associates, and technical experts to ensure every project runs smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with legal and procedural standards.
Key Responsibilities of this eDiscovery Project Manager Role:
* Lead and manage eDiscovery projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
* Act as the main point of contact between legal teams, clients, and vendors, ensuring clear communication and seamless project delivery.
* Oversee processing, review, and production workflows within Relativity, including quality control and troubleshooting.
* Support the development and refinement of internal eDiscovery processes, templates, and best practices.
* Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to enhance review efficiency and data accuracy.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, contributing to their professional growth and technical development.
Required Qualifications of this eDiscovery Project Manager Role:
* Around 3–5 years’ experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or legal technology within a law firm or vendor environment.
* Solid working knowledge of Relativity (case setup, administration, review management, productions).
* Strong organisational and communication skills, with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
* Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
* Familiarity with the E-Disclosure Reference Model (EDRM) and standard eDiscovery workflows.
* Must have the right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available).
Pay Range and Compensation Package
* £60,000–£65,000 base salary depending on experience
* Discretionary annual bonus.
