What skills and experience we're looking for The Governors of St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School wish to appoint an engaging and enthusiastic Level 2 or level 3 Teaching Assistant to work on within our FS2 classroom. We are looking for someone who: • Will show full support for the Catholic ethos and be prepared to develop a secure understanding of the nature of our Catholic school. • Views their supporting role in school as a vocation. • Has experience of supporting children with additional needs in Primary or Early Years settings. • Can build strong, positive relationships with children, staff, and families. • Has the skills, energy, and passion to support excellent outcomes for our children. • Is creative and nurturing, with high expectations for children’s learning, behaviour, and personal development.
