YMCA Trinity Group has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed Early Years Assistant to join our childcare setting on a fixed term contract until 19th July 2024. The role will involve supporting the childcare team with the day to day running of the room and to deliver high quality learning experiences for children. As the successful candidate you will be skilled, imaginative, have vision, drive and the ability to use your own initiative and take direction where needed. You must also have a sound knowledge of the EYFS and how you can use this to plan for children’s learning and development. Qualified with a relevant Early Years Level 3 qualification, or equivalent A minimum of two years post qualifying experience Extensive working knowledge of the EYFS Be motivated to provide high quality Childcare at all times Experience of supporting children with special educational needs in an inclusive way.
