Key Responsibilities:
* Generate and increase new business, with a target of £250,000
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, relocation agents, embassies and corporate clients
* Conduct and secure valuations to attract high-quality instructions
* Ensure all legal documentation is accurate and compliant, including tenancy agreements, Right to Rent and AML requirements
* Provide landlords with clear advice on property presentation and refurbishment opportunities
* Oversee marketing to ensure properties are presented to the highest standard across all platforms
* Ensure full compliance with ARLA and NAEA codes of practice

The Person
* Proven experience in residential lettings, ideally at managerial level within an estate agency.
* Strong track record in generating new business and achieving targets
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Highly organised with a strong understanding of compliance and legislation
* ARLA qualification (or working towards it) would be an advantage
* Confident, proactive and commercially minded
