Location: Hybrid Working once training has been completed - Civic Centre, Wolverhampton/Hickman Avenue
Contract Details: Temporary
Salary: £15.56 per hour

Responsibilities:As a Data Control Officer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality of pupil data within the ONE system. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting teams in utilising data effectively for their operations
* Managing the regular transfer of MIS data from schools to the ONE database
* Providing assistance to schools with data exchange processes and validating amendments
* Ensuring compliance in data management and identifying areas for improvement
* Collaborating with stakeholders and providing operational support for data import/export processes
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
* Strong experience in data management and pupil data administration
* Proficient in using Management Information Systems (MIS)
* Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management
* Strong analytical skills for quality assurance and reporting
* Knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
* Experience in training and development related to data systems
* Familiarity with data quality reporting and troubleshooting
* Understanding of the educational landscape and its data needs
Technologies:
* Management Information Systems (MIS)
* Data quality tools and reporting software
* Familiarity with data protection legislation
