What You'll Be Doing
* Welcoming patients in person, over the phone, and via email with professionalism and empathy
* Managing appointment books for clinical efficiency and commercial targets
* Accurately processing payments and finance agreements
* Promoting private treatments such as cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, and implants
* Supporting marketing campaigns and treatment uptake
* Handling minor complaints proactively and maintaining GDPR-compliant communications
* Keeping records accurate and systems up to date
* Working closely with clinicians, nurses, and managers to deliver seamless patient journeys
What We're Looking For
* Customer-facing experience, ideally in healthcare or a busy front desk environment
* Confident communicator with a warm, solutions-focused approach
* Strong multitasker who stays calm under pressure
* IT literate and comfortable using CRM or dental software systems
* Experience in dental or medical settings is desirable but not essential
