Family Solutions Practitioner Scale 6 - full time - 37 hours per week 12 month fixed contract £31,537- £33,699 per annum Interviews will take place on 22nd and 24th June 2026. It concerns our most important biological, social and emotional relationships. We hold the value that children and young people are best cared for by their birth families and extended networks, and this underpins our ‘family first’ ethos. The Family Solutions Practitioner will hold a mixed case load of children requiring a targeted short term intensive intervention who are identified as Edge of Care, and children who are to be supported to reunify to their family network or be supported to step down from their current care arrangement. The role requires excellent partnership working experience, ability to risk assess and prioritise competing need within a fast-paced service.
