Team Leader - 3 Bed Children's Residential EBD Home Location: Preesall, Lancashire Salary: £16 per hour / £28,800 per annum £75 per sleep Hours: Full-time, Permanent Shifts: 1 on 2 off (150 hours per month) Brook Street Social Care, in proud partnership with a respected children's residential care provider in Preesall,Lancashire, is recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Team Leader to join their compassionate and growing team. About the Role: As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs in a nurturing, safe, and structured environment. You will lead a team of residential support workers, ensuring the highest quality of care is consistently delivered while promoting positive outcomes for the children and young people in your care.
