Responsibilities
* Front of House: Acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and suppliers, both in person and over the phone.
* Administrative Hub: Handling and directing all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including calls, emails, and post, in a timely and professional manner.
* System Management: Maintaining and updating critical records, databases, and filing systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
* Operational Support: Assisting with a wide range of administrative tasks, from coordinating meetings and managing calendars to ordering supplies and supporting other team members with their needs.
