Reed Education is seeking both part-time and full-time Teaching Assistants for special educational needs (SEN) schools in the Barnsley area, starting as soon as possible.

Role Responsibilities:
* Classroom Support: Work within small groups of learners, providing support throughout lessons.
* Academic Assistance: Help each learner with their academic progress, whether re-engaging them after they go off-task or assisting with problem-solving.
* Behavior Management: Support the class teacher in maintaining and controlling pupil behaviour, enforcing the behavioral discipline system when necessary.
* Communication: Liaise with Managers/Behaviour Managers regarding pupil behaviours and support any serious incidents.
* Organisation: Ensure all group work is completed, filed, and organised for the next lesson to track pupil progress and engagement.
