Job Description
You'll serve as a crucial link between our client and ISS, possessing comprehensive knowledge of all Soft Service activities within the estate. Your role will involve monitoring and coordinating activities to guarantee service excellence across the board.
Exceptional customer service skills are essential for this role, as you'll interact with individuals from both the client and ISS at various levels. Your ability to inspire and motivate your team will be key to delivering the highest level of service consistently.

Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain a professional image at all times, ensuring all areas are kept clean and tidy and ready for business
2. Ensure the cleaning team respond to cleaning requests as required working closely with the Cleaning Manager to maintain the correct standard
3. Deliver training, motivation, discipline, safety and welfare of the staff under his/her control and assist other managers with this
4. Support and coordinate all soft services within the allocated area to support the ready for business standard with minimum impact to staff.
5. Ensure KPI requirements are met
6. Promote and manage excellent relationships with clients, building occupants and other contractors
7. Meet objectives set by management team and department(s)
8. Follow ISS processes and guidelines to ensure end to end procedures are followed

9. Proven experience within a strong customer service environment
10. Effective communicator, both written & oral
11. Self-disciplined and able to work on own initiative
12. Ability to make decisions without referral to higher management
13. Flexible and adaptable approach to work
14. Ability to demonstrate a customer focused and “Can Do” attitude are fundamental requirements
15. Ability to demonstrate a professional customer focused approach to work at all times
16. Strong organisational and planning skills
