Overview
Join us as a Mental Health Nurse within the Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. This community-based role supports individuals with severe and enduring mental health illness aged 18 to 75, including complex psychosis, across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑quality integrated health and social care interventions for service users.
* Work within a multi‑disciplinary team (MDT) to proactively provide care to complex‑needs patients and support engagement with services.
* Travel frequently between homes, community clinics and facilities across the county, including remote locations not served by public transport.
* Coordinate care with a multi‑agency system to ensure services are joined up and meet individual needs.
Qualifications and Experience
* Professional background in mental health nursing with strong communication skills.
* Experience working with people with complex psychosis and high needs.
* Ability to manage frequent travel and work in diverse, sometimes rural, settings.
