Shift: 12 Hour Days and Nights
An Excellent opportunity is available for an experienced and qualified Maintenance Team Leader to work for a FMCG Manufacturing company. The Maintenance Team Leader will be involved in managing a team of 3 engineers on shift whilst also being involved in the hands‑on maintenance and running of machinery.
The Maintenance Team Leader will be working in an automated factory with lots of opportunities to learn and develop skills.
Responsibilities
* Carry out electrical maintenance, fault‑finding, and planned preventative maintenance on a range of automated and semi‑automated production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.
* Manage a team of 3 engineers on shift.
* Participate in hands‑on maintenance and operation of machinery.

Qualifications
* Recognised electrical engineering qualification.
* Experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
* Hands‑on experience with pre‑planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast‑paced industrial factory.
* Experience managing a team of engineers.
* Apprentice trained.
* Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
* Experience working as Maintenance Team Leader in the UK.
