Job Description
3. Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
4. Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals efficiently.
5. Oversee the scheduling and booking of meeting rooms, ensuring availability and readiness.
6. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
7. Maintain a tidy and organised reception area, reflecting a professional image.
8. Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and document management.
9. Coordinate with internal teams to support day-to-day operations as required.
10. Monitor office supplies and liaise with suppliers to ensure sufficient stock levels.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Receptionist should have:
11. Previous role in reception or front-of-house within a professional setting.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with visitors and staff effectively.
13. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks.
14. Proficient in standard office software, such as MS Office Suite.
15. Professional and approachable demeanour with a customer-focused attitude.
16. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy office environment.
