What the Job Involves As a Legal Clerk in the Commercial Law Team, your role involves supporting functions related to Highways, Public Rights of Way, and Commons. You'll prepare and draft necessary legal documents, handle correspondence and inquiries, arrange public inquiries and court hearings, and provide administrative support to the team. You will also contribute to updating the Council's website and the administration of the Law Library, and assist with office procedures and customer-focused interactions.
