Service Information
Greenwood is a top‑tier respite service for adults with learning disabilities located in Bexhill-on Sea. Our beautifully refurbished facility provides a warm, hotel‑style atmosphere with en‑suite accommodation and interactive sensory equipment to enrich our guests' experiences.
Senior Support Worker – Responsibilities
As a Senior Support Worker you’ll be part of our management structure, supporting both staff and guests day‑to‑day. You will lead a team, complete handovers, give feedback to management, and help implement service improvements. You'll provide personalised support to people with a learning disability in accordance with their individual support plan, identify and review the needs of individuals, and supervise support staff within a designated team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the service.

Working Hours & Rota
Our rotas operate on a 6‑week rolling schedule. Senior support workers complete both early shifts from 07:00 to 15:00 and late shifts from 14:00 to 22:00, and work 2 in every 3 weekends.
