The Role:
As the Merchandiser, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial success of your category. You'll partner closely with Design, Buying, and Product teams to build ranges that inspire customers and deliver results. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a high-performing merchandising team, fostering growth, accountability, and collaboration.
Own forecasting, trading, and strategic planning across your product area.
Build and execute commercial range plans that excite customers and maximise sales and profitability.
Analyse performance and market trends, proactively identifying opportunities for growth.
Champion innovation and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to range building, trading, and process improvement.About You:
Proven experience as a Merchandiser within a fast-paced fashion or retail environment.
Strong people management experience with a passion for developing others.
Highly commercial, analytical, and product-obsessed - with a creative flair.
