Job title: Finance Administrator
Salary: Up to £27,000 pa
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Poole
Holiday: 30 days paid (incl. bank holidays)
What You Will Be Doing
* Produce daily sales invoices.
* Reconcile supplier statements to check for omissions/discrepancies.
* Reconcile supplier statements to check for omissions/discrepancies.
* Post and allocate funds received based on customer remittances.
* Process customer credit card receipts.
* Enter manual invoices/credit notes.
* Upload key data to customer/supplier portals.
* Register and post general stock purchase invoices.
* Monitor generic email boxes and assign to team to respond.
* Provide cover/support for other roles within the department, including sales ledger, credit control and other ad‑hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications
* Detail-oriented, well-organised, able to manage your own workload effectively.
* Excel at data entry, consistently delivering accurate and timely results even under pressure.
* Experience working as a team member, supporting other finance functions as needed.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proactive, can‑do attitude, able to handle pressure and manage a high-volume workload.
* Highly proficient in IT, including Excel, Outlook and accounting software.
