Job Description
We are currently seeking a Kitter to join a leading aerospace company based in Bournemouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in aviation or manufacturing logistics to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assemble and prepare kits for aircraft production and maintenance
* Pick and pack components accurately based on work orders and engineering drawings
* Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure traceability of all parts
* Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to meet operational deadlines
* Adhere to safety and quality standards in an aerospace environment
Requirements
* Previous experience in aviation or aerospace kitting preferred
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
* Comfortable working in a team and independently
* Familiarity with inventory systems is a plus
