The Role
As the Maintenance Assistant, you’ll support the maintenance team with planned and reactive tasks such as minor plumbing and basic repairs.
Collaborate closely with the M&E Supervisor to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently.
Maintain awareness of health and safety regulations while working on-site.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues promptly.
Work within a busy healthcare environment, contributing to the comfort and safety of patients and staff.

Practical, hands-on experience with a willingness to learn.
Previous maintenance or facilities experience is preferred, though not essential.
Good awareness of health and safety standards with a proactive approach.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
