Shepherd Neame is on the lookout for an Assistant Manager
with bundles of energy and enthusiasm to join our team, so if you have
experience of leading a team in a fast paced customer focused environment and
you are looking to carve out your career in the hospitality industry; this may
be just the job for you.
After a period of closure for redevelopment, the pub is set to reopen in early September. We're looking for the right person to join us ahead of this and help bring our exciting reopening to life.
The White Horse & Bower is a friendly local in the heart of London and close to the Houses of Parliament in Westminster. It is a short walk from Victoria Station, St James' Park and London’s famous Tate Britain so we have a very diverse customer base and a warm welcome together with great food and drink is on offer to all when you arrive.
As an ambassador for our brand, this role will see
you covering
duty manager shifts, supporting the management team with the creation of an inclusive
culture within the business and leading and developing the team to ensure that
they offer excellent customer service at every opportunity.
