Main purpose of the Job:
Drive new customer growth and retention across all digital marketing channels

SUMMARY

We have an exciting opportunity for a digital marketer to champion our Trichological services. This role will promote our industry-leading hair and scalp treatments, both virtually and in-person at our prestigious Mayfair Clinic alongside our digital clinical services. You'll play a key part in highlighting our bespoke consultations, cutting-edge scalp therapies, and holistic approach to hair loss concerns and conditions across all digital channels (Paid Social, Paid Search, Email, SMS, Web). You'll own the briefing process with our Creative team to execute our acquisition and retention strategy.

You'll work with our CRM Manager to support across the full customer journey, both from a marketing perspective and from a service perspective to improve our post-purchase journeys for existing customers to increase LTV. You'll work with our Digital Marketing Manager to bring new customers into the business and drive awareness of our services across relevant markets.

Due to the start-up nature of the company, this role would suit an ambitious individual who can thrive in a fastpaced environment, but also who can take on responsibility to be a key part in the future success.

THE ROLE

Working within the Digital team to drive the performance of digital and email marketing activity by driving new customer acquisition across Paid Media channels as well as customer retention across email.

* Coordinate the email marketing campaign production process from build to testing, data selection, deployment and reporting
* To follow the email marketing content plan as agreed with the CRM Manager
* Support on building out automations within our Clinical Software to encourage follow-ups services and post-purchase journeys
* Brief in-market media agencies with business KPIs and creatives to execute campaigns across all Digital Marketing channels; adhering to brand and agency deadlines
* Collate weekly and monthly reports, providing analysis against KPIs and targets; identifying areas for improvement across digital channels
* Work with Ecom Team and Clinic team to collate key information for paid media campaign execution, such as relevant landing pages and product stock
* Contribute to strategic decisions across email to continually develop, measure and optimise results and engagement through testing and analysis
* Compile and report on channel/ campaign performance/ insights to the wider business, and use results to inform future decisions
* Keep up to date with latest trends and strategic opportunities within the digital marketing industry

SUCCESS MEASURES

* Increase new customers booking Initial Consultations (Virtual & Instore)
* Increase new customers subscribing to digital clinical services
* Increase in existing customer revenue across in-clinic and digital clinical services

K
EY SKILLS/PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

* Strong knowledge of Social Media and Google platforms, understanding their unique attributes, limitations, and audiences
* Experience with an ESP preferred but not required e.g. Klaviyo, DotDigital, MailChimp, Clinic Software
* Analytically minded and intellectually curious
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects at one given time
* Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across lines of business
* A can-do attitude with the ambition and initiative to thrive in a face-paced environment
* Excellent communication, presentation and people skills
* Strong attention to detail

LOCATION

We are a remote team, with each department having one day a week in the office in Mayfair, London. We understand that working from home doesn't suit everybody and so you can spend more time in the office if you prefer, provided there is a spare desk. We also provide a desk allowance for improving your home office environment.
