What Youll Do Teach and assess learners across Hairdressing and related programmes at a range of levels Deliver engaging, industry-relevant theory and practical sessions in specialist salons Prepare learners for careers within hairdressing, barbering, and the wider hair industry Maintain high standards of health & safety, safeguarding, and professional practice Inspire confidence, creativity, and professionalism in every learner What Youll Bring Relevant Hairdressing qualifications (Level 3 or above) Strong industry experience within commercial salon or barbering environments Up-to-date knowledge of hair techniques, trends, products, and industry standards Teaching qualifications are welcomed but not essential Why Become a Lecturer?
