As a leading charity supporting people with drug, alcohol, and mental health challenges, we operate over 80 services across England and Scotland, providing free and confidential support to more than 100,000 people each year. About the Role Our Recovery Workers play a vital role in supporting clients to identify their goals, ambitions, and passions. Youll work with them to create the best treatment plan for their needs and to guide them on their path to recovery.
This is a frontline role at WithYou, where you will provide continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities, and intervention delivery. This position is offered on a full time, permanent basis. Some Saturday working will be required to meet the needs of the service.
This role is based in the South of Shropshire, in Ludlow (SY8) and surrounding rural areas You must have a driving licence, with use of a car to be considered for this role.

You will have demonstrable experience working within the health, social care, criminal justice or other specialist setting, or a clear motivation for wanting to work in the drug and alcohol sector. You will work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure a high-quality service is maintained.
