What you'll do as Mechanical Associate Director:
Project Delivery of large scale projects in London across all of the RIBA stages.
Comfortable in leadership position, advising and winning repeat and new business.
Project manage and supervise projects, co-ordinating with other engineering and real estate disciplines
Prepare specifications, reports, design drawings and budget costs to programme
Peer review and overseeing external consultant design
Mentorship of more junior members of staff, very capable of leading MEP Teams,Mechanical Associate Director Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or building services engineering
Proven experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer in the building services space
Experience working on large scale commercial, residential and mixed use projects would be highly advantageous.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, and PH Design
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Familiarity with relevant regulations and codes.
