Employed Financial Planner - London (Hybrid/Remote)
Join a growing IFA seeking an ambitious Financial Adviser who is eager to build a client book with support from Director. Long-term growth and future equity shares available.

An self-employer adviser with a smaller book who wants a wider proposition and further develop. You will be working within a growing London practice with c. £120m AUA and around 80 core client relationships, supported by full back-office infrastructure and team.
The Role
Employed Financial Adviser, London-based, hybrid working model
Base salary £65,000 (further flexibility for right candidate)
Performance-related bonus linked directly to personal revenue generation
Work alongside the principal adviser with administration and paraplanning already in place
Fully holistic financial planning proposition
Year 1 focused on learning and integration; Year 2 focused on building and growth

Training and mentoring directly from the principal adviser (who has trained advisers previously)

Ability to offer broader solutions and services beyond core product sets Bonus Structure
Bonus is linked to total personal revenue and is uncapped. Increased percentages based on multiples of salary. (There is openness to refining the structure which can be negotiated).
Client Bank Expectations
No requirement to bring clients from day one, although beneficial.
Ability to self-generate and network is important
Practice will provide some referrals and lead flow Requirements
Level 4 Diploma qualified as a minimum
Ideally working toward Chartered status (full support available)
Proven experience as a Financial Adviser
Strong client relationship skills and true planning mindset
Comfortable with both referrals and self-generation
