Key Responsibilities:
* Support students in managing their behaviour and emotional needs.
* Implement behaviour management strategies and support plans.
* Encourage social and emotional development.
* Work closely with the team to promote positive behaviour and well-being.
Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a positive, proactive approach.
* Experience in a support role is beneficial but not essential.
* A flexible and team-oriented mindset.
