We give you a world of potential We’re currently looking to recruit a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our Shared Services development team within Computershare Technology Services. This position sits within a cross-functional Agile delivery team which create payment solutions aligned to the overall Computershare Technology strategy and values. A role you will love As one of our Senior IT Business Analysts, you will work within a highly skilled team in an Agile environment. You will mentor less experienced analysts sharing your knowledge and promoting simple, robust and scalable solutions which deliver regular incremental value to your business lines. You will also contribute to the Analyst community, promote innovation and share knowledge of industry best practices, closely collaborating with a large network of stakeholders. Some key responsibilities: You will work closely with our Product Owner to elicit stakeholder requirements for our Treasury applications from an early stage in the Agile SDLC forming the vision for a well-balanced Product Backlog for your delivery team to work from. Lead project inception, elicit business and technical requirements and support estimation. Write high quality, clear User Stories and provide vision to the team for Product Backlog items. Provide coaching and direction to less experienced analysts in need of guidance. Support estimates for User Stories based on the relative sizing scale used in your team. Demonstrate multiple analysis techniques and use the most appropriate for each Epic / story. Run effective stakeholder workshops – always looking to keep things interactive and fun! You will bring previous experience in a similar role where you have demonstrated key stakeholder management skills, communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
