We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to the Head of Europe. This critical role is key to ensuring the smooth running of regional operations within Business Assurance. The successful candidate will act as a central liaison, coordinating cross-country activities, consolidating data, managing key documentation, and facilitating effective communication across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
6. Prepare and support presentations, reports, and dashboards for the Head of Europe
7. Manage the calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange travel logistics for the Regional Head
8. Liaise with internal stakeholders to support regional and cross-functional initiatives
9. Collect, consolidate, and analyse data from multiple European countries to support regional business decisions
10. Coordinate with country teams to gather business performance indicators and prepare concise summary reports
11. Maintain up-to-date organisational charts and ensure accurate documentation of structural changes
Qualifications
12. Proven experience in a similar administrative, executive assistant, or business support role
13. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
14. Exceptional organisational and multitasking capabilities
15. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
16. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
17. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, international environment
