Description
* Provide comprehensive financial planning and control support to the business units.
* Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support decision-making.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
* Monitor financial performance and provide insights to drive business performance.
* Prepare detailed financial reports and present findings to senior management.
* Support the Accounting & Finance team with key projects and initiatives.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Profile
A successful Finance business Partner should have:
* Proven expertise in financial planning and control within the Tech industry.
* Experience partnering with Sales and Commercial Heads
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
* Proficiency in financial software and tools.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
