This Contracts Manager (Electrical) role offers the opportunity to lead and deliver high-profile electrical projects across the education, industrial and commercial sectors throughout the UK & Ireland.
The successful Contracts Manager (Electrical) will oversee projects from inception to completion, managing budgets, programmes and compliance while leading site teams and maintaining strong client relationships. This is a key hire for a business experiencing continued growth.

The Role
* Manage electrical projects from tender through to final account
* Oversee budgets, cost control and financial reporting
* Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
* Ensure compliance with BS 7671, NICEIC and H&S regulations (CDM)
* Lead client meetings, progress reviews and technical discussions
* Manage procurement, variations and programme delivery
* Conduct site visits, audits and ensure RAMS are implemented
The Person
* Electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent)
* 5+ years experience within electrical contracting
* Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong understanding of IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
* Ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications
* Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
* SMSTS/SSSTS and ECS/CSCS (managerial level) desirable
* UK Driving Licence and able to travel 2 days per week with the role
