As a Drama Teacher, you will plan and deliver practical lessons, guide students in developing their acting, improvisation, and stagecraft skills, and create an inclusive environment where creativity thrives. Core Responsibilities: Teach structured and interactive drama lessons. Support pupils in building confidence and collaborative skills. Provide constructive feedback to enhance performance and understanding. Maintain effective classroom management and a positive learning space. Work collaboratively with colleagues to enrich the wider arts curriculum. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification. Strong subject knowledge and experience delivering as a Drama Teacher. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Commitment to nurturing student creativity. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
