We are now looking for a Business Development Executive to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week with the flexibility to start and finish between 7am–5pm.

- Salary of £33,000 - £40,000 per annum, DOE
- Bonus scheme (approx. £3,000 annually based on sales performance)

The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be the driving force behind our early sales efforts, prospecting fresh leads, sparking interest, and championing our cutting-edge roofing products to grow our customer base.
Through dynamic phone outreach and well-crafted follow-up emails, you’ll turn cold leads into promising sales conversations for our team to close.
You'll make a high volume of impactful cold calls, focused on creating real conversations and driving strong outcomes. You'll engage key decision-makers like architects and design managers, follow up with tailored calls and persuasive emails, and keep everything tracked and organised in our HubSpot CRM.
About You
To be considered as a Business Development Executive, you will need:
- Proven experience in a telemarketing or sales outreach role
- Previous experience in researching and identifying leads and key decision-makers
- Skilled in objection handling
- Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
- Solid numeracy and literacy, with GCSEs (grade B/Level 6 or above) in Maths and English
