Due to continued success and growth within our business, we’re expanding our maintenance division to support new client contracts across the UK.
We’re recruiting General Maintenance Technicians nationwide to join our high-performing teams and help us deliver exceptional service on a local scale.

About the Role:
As a General Maintenance Technician, you'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks, including fabric repairs, surface work, and basic plumbing. You'll ensure all sites remain safe, compliant, and operational. The role is mobile and covers multiple sites.
We take pride in doing the job right the first time, maintaining high standards in a safe and efficient way.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver scheduled PPM and reactive maintenance within SLAs across sites
* Work safely and follow all compliance and Health & Safety guidelines
* Build strong relationships with site teams and colleagues
* Update and close jobs using Mercury platform
* Assess and complete service call requests efficiently
* Order spare parts as needed for repairs
Key Tasks:
* General building maintenance – fabric repairs, surface work, pipework
* HVAC filter cleaning
* Maintain documentation
* Identify issues beyond repair and escalate with recommendations
* Work collaboratively to uphold site standards
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
* Full UK driving licence
* Basic education (GCSEs or equivalent)
* iPad/PC literate
* Experience in general building maintenance – plumbing, joinery, civils
* Ability to perform fabric and ground repair tasks to a high standard
Desirable:
* NVQ or City & Guilds in a relevant trade
* Civil works experience
* Previous experience in similar environment
