Our practice also benefits from having digital x-ray, ultrasonography facilities and an in-house laboratory. Our practice is looking for an experienced Vet to help guide our team and practice forward. As our new Head Vet you will be responsible for leadership and staff development, maintaining our high standards of client and patient care and identifying ways in which we can improve. You will liaise closely with the Regional Director and Hub Clinical Lead to ensure the practice continues to deliver outstanding service. For the right candidate there will be the opportunity to enrol on our leadership course that we designed specifically to support growth within our colleagues by giving you the foundations to build your management career. This course will give you a qualification that is endorsed by Training Qualifications UK To succeed in this role you will need to be a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon who is passionate about leadership and is committed to the wellbeing of your staff and colleagues. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week however we are happy to discuss flexible working and job shares for this role.
