About the Role
As Deputy Nursery Manager, you'll work closely with the Centre Manager to lead our dynamic new team. You will:
* Oversee daily operations and drive the development of the nursery
* Inspire and support a team of dedicated early years practitioners
* Deliver inclusive, child-centred learning experiences
* Foster strong, positive relationships with families and professionals
* Champion staff development and continuous improvement
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Qualified to at least Level 3 in Early Years Childcare (DfE-recognised)
* A confident, compassionate leader with a collaborative approach
* Deeply committed to inclusive education and early childhood development
* Experience or training in SEND is an advantage, but not essential
