The Role
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Senior to join a leading West End firm with a strong market reputation. You will work closely with a highly experienced Commercial Property Partner committed to your professional growth. Your responsibilities will include handling a broad range of quality matters such as development, acquisitions, commercial leases, residential development, and acting for developers of both PLC and private companies in property acquisitions and multi-purpose developments.
Requirements
* Commercial Property Solicitor with 6+ years PQE
* Experience from a reputable City/West End or regional firm with an excellent reputation
* Experience in sale and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work, property finance, and supporting corporate transactions with property elements
* Strong client relationship skills, particularly in building and developing relationships with HNWI and luxury retail brands
* Ability to develop effective relationships with team members and clients
* Proven collaborative working skills within a team environment
* Ability to manage cases independently without supervision
* Self-motivated, driven to succeed, with enthusiasm for practice development and business generation
