The Role
We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Bookkeeper/Administrator to join our friendly office team.
This is a part-time role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, supporting general office administration, and needing flexibility at the beginning/end of the day.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing invoices, payments, and expenses
* Managing accounts payable and receivable
* Reconciling bank statements
* Assisting with payroll preparation
* Maintaining accurate financial records
* General office administration, including answering calls, emails, and filing
* Supporting the management team with ad hoc tasks
About You
* Previous experience in bookkeeping and office administration
* Proficient with Sage accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
