Senior Sales Administrator – Nottingham
Up to £30,000 per annum

Are you a highly organised, efficient and proactive administrator with a talent for keeping fast-moving operations running smoothly? We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established national business for an experienced Senior Sales Administrator to join their sales support function based in Nottingham.
This role acts as the central link between Sales and the wider business - ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can confidently coordinate multiple moving parts.
What you’ll be doing:
• Quality check all sales packs in preparation for processing
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales-related administration
• Raise DocuSign contracts once agreements are confirmed
• Progress-chase deals, liaising with Sales, Prep, and operational teams to ensure timely processing
• Sign off sales packs when required and keep workflow moving
• Process packs through to invoice stage, ensuring accuracy at every step
• Coordinate with Transport to support smooth delivery planning
• Act as the central contact for internal and external admin queries
• Maintain an organised, efficient, and responsive admin function
What we’re looking for:
• A highly efficient, detail-driven senior administrator
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident liaising with multiple internal teams and external stakeholders
• Solid IT skills, including Excel and Word
