Job Title: Commercial Plumber (Field-Based)
Location: Covering York to Newcastle
Travel: Field-based role with travel across the region
Working Away: Approx. 20% of the year will involve working away from home (accommodation provided)

About the Role:
Time Recruitment are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Plumber to join our field-based team, servicing commercial clients across the region from York up to Newcastle. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive approach to plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs in a variety of commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Install, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems including pipework, fixtures, and fittings
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently
3. Work on planned maintenance and reactive call-outs
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards
5. Liaise with clients and site managers professionally
6. Maintain accurate records of work completed
7. Travel across the designated region and occasionally work away from home (approx. 20% of the year)
Requirements:
8. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification
9. Proven experience in commercial plumbing
10. Full UK driving licence (essential)
11. CSCS card (preferred)
12. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
13. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
14. Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required
