Technical Delivery Manager – Software & Cloud Transformation Location: UK-Wide (Hybrid) Salary: Up to £120,000 (Dependent on experience) We are seeking highly capable Technical Delivery Managers to join a growing delivery team supporting high-profile digital transformation initiatives across the UK. This is a critical phase of expansion, and we are looking for individuals who bring deep technical delivery expertise, excellent stakeholder management, and a strong track record of hands-on programme delivery. This role is particularly well-suited to professionals with experience in large-scale systems integration or enterprise consulting environments who are comfortable operating across the full delivery lifecycle - from pre-sales and planning through to implementation and live service. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software or application programmes, often involving multiple workstreams Coordinate cross-functional teams, managing dependencies and technical delivery timelines Oversee cloud or legacy-to-cloud migration initiatives, ensuring alignment with client goals and enterprise architecture Engage with stakeholders across all levels, ensuring delivery is commercially viable and technically sound Work closely with architecture, engineering, and operations teams to drive continuous improvement in delivery practices Required Experience: Proven background in technical project or programme delivery within a leading systems integrator or enterprise consultancy Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices, Agile methodologies, and full SDLC delivery Hands-on experience in software/application project delivery, ideally with a focus on migration (cloud or otherwise) Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders, scope, risk, and change in complex delivery environments Commercial awareness and the ability to balance delivery priorities with client expectations Desirable Backgrounds: Experience operating in client-facing delivery environments Comfortable delivering without reliance on large support teams Why Join?
