This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected business known for delivering quality homes and high-spec developments across Scotland. You will work alongside an experienced site team, supporting the successful delivery of a flagship steel-framed residential project. The Role: Assist with the day-to-day management of site operations Support programme delivery to ensure key deadlines are achieved Maintain high standards of health & safety across site Monitor subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship throughout Help drive build quality, customer satisfaction, and snag-free handovers Work closely with the Site Manager and wider project team What We’re Looking For: Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within residential construction Experience working on flatted developments is essential Steel frame construction experience is highly desirable Strong organisational and communication skills Passion for delivering quality projects safely and on programme Essential Qualifications: CSCS Card SMSTS First Aid at Work Why Apply?
